BLAZING BUFFALO LETTUCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS - 20 servings

  • 4 cups of diced Petit Jean Ham (refrigerated)
  • 2 heads of green leaf lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons of hot buffalo wing sauce (suck as Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce)
  • 4 oz. bag of tortilla strips (such as Chef's Finest Tri-Color Tortilla Strips)
  • 20 round toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In large bowl, mix together diced ham, buffalo wing sauce and tortilla strips.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Carefully pull apart heads of lettuce, being sure not to tear the individual leafs of lettuce.
  4. Rinse each lettuce leaf and set aside to let dry.
  5. Remove ham mixture from refrigerator and top each lettuce leaf with 1-2 tablespoons of ham mixture.
  6. Roll up lettuce leaf and ham mixture and secure with toothpick.
  7. Serve cold.
