Shipping policy

Our shipping terms are as follows:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship your package to be delivered within 48 hours. We ship 2 Day orders on business days Monday-Wednesday. We ship overnight packages on business days, Monday-Thursday. Our products will be packed in a insulated packaging, with gel ice packs to apply refrigerated temperatures.

Shipping cost will be added separately at the final stages of placing your order.

We make every effort to please our customers, but we are not responsible for package delays due to errors made with an incorrect address or a business is closed.  We reserve the right to replace or refund bona fide claims at our discretion.  If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please call 1(800) 264-2475.
