INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
- 1½ cups chopped Petit Jean Ham
- 1½ cups shredded swiss cheese
- ¾ cup sliced almonds
- 1½ cups buttered bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 350º
- In a greased 9 x 13 casserole, layer the turkey or chicken, ham and swiss cheese.
- Mix the soup and mayonnaise and spread over cheese layer.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs and sliced almonds.
- Bake 45 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
