CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1½ cups chopped Petit Jean Ham
  • 1½ cups shredded swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds
  • 1½ cups buttered bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350º
  2. In a greased 9 x 13 casserole, layer the turkey or chicken, ham and swiss cheese.
  3. Mix the soup and mayonnaise and spread over cheese layer.
  4. Top with buttered bread crumbs and sliced almonds.
  5. Bake 45 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
