INGREDIENTS - 6-10 slices
- 1 loaf frozen wheat bread dough
- Thawed butter or margarine, softened
- 1½ cups chopped Petit Jean Smoked Ham
- ½ green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped or several green onions
- ⅓ cup black olives, chopped
- Minced garlic to taste
- 2 chopped jalapeños or can of green chiles, chopped
- ½ lb. sliced cheese (provolone, swiss, cheddar)
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Egg white
INSTRUCTIONS
- Roll dough to a 16"x12" rectangle.
- Spread butter over it.
- Layer desired ingredients, ending with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
- Fold over on top in thirds.
- Pinch ends together.
- Put on non-sticky tray, seam side down.
- Brush with egg white wash.
- Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
- Let cook a few minutes before cutting into slices.
