In recent decades, while the quality of bologna on the market has changed somewhat, Petit Jean's bologna is still the same high-quality, old-style pork and beef product it has always been. Petit Jean bologna contains nothing but quality cuts of pork and beef flavored with garlic along with other special blends of seasonings then smoked in our smokehouse just like our other meats.

A little disappointed

I bought the whole PJ bologna because my wife and I love good bologna - and we've ordered from PJ several times before. We think PJ is the best bologna you can get. However, this time we were disappointed because the web site states 6 to 7 lbs for the product, but upon arrival we found it to weigh about 5 lbs.
