These hams are hand-prepared and slowly smoked with burning hickory chips in the same way as the Ozark Hickory Smoked Hams. What makes our peppered ham different is a special blend of brown sugar and black pepper that is hand-rubbed onto the surface to give it a sweeter and spicier flavor and a little extra zing!
Warming Instructions: Our ham is fully cooked and does not require additional cooking. To heat through, heat for 10 minutes per pound at 325 degrees covered with foil.

My ham arrived with the cold pack 3/4 defrosted. I would prefer that you go back to styrofoam cooler it was more secure than the new packaging. Luckily I was home when my ham arrived and it could go straight in the refrigerator.
