The selection and quality of the meat was great, but the shipment in July from Arkansas (hot) to Florida (hot) came in a styrofoam cooler with one ice pack. The meats were all at 50-60+ degrees. I’m glad I had the shipment sent to my house to check it before I gave it as a gift to my friend. Customer service was great however, and they sent a new shipment that arrived two days later at no extra charge. My friend is enjoying the delicious Petit Jean products!
Y’all knocked it out of the park with this one. I surprised my husband with the Deluxe Gift Box for Father’s Day because being a Dog Dad deserves bacon too and he legit lit up like Christmas morning. The breakfast meats were perfection, and that EZ Carve Ham? Gone in a weekend. This box is packed with love, flavor, and Arkansas pride. 10/10 would gift again (or hoard for myself next time).
When I ordered from Texas I thought there would be dry ice to help keep but the ice pack was no longer frozen and the meat was warming. I threw away most of it and had to cook to find out if other was good. That was almost 200$ worth of meat
Not worth the price.
Sent to a client and he was out of town for the day and came home to a hot box of food. He said was all spoiled. Not sure what came in box, but said was unusable. Was a thank you present
