The EZ Carve is just what the name implies; it's hand-prepared and hickory smoked just like the rest of our hams, but the bone has been removed. That means you get the old-fashioned, smoky Petit Jean flavor combined with smooth and easy slicing, a perfect combination.

Y’all, this ham has been the star of more holidays and potlucks than I can count. It’s tender, juicy, and that glaze is just chef’s kiss. I’ll slice it thick for dinner and then thin for breakfast sandwiches the next morning. It’s a staple in our house and that smoky flavor is unmatched.
