Ham, EZ Carve Boneless Smoked

EZ Carve is Petit Jean's specially prepared boneless ham.  The EZ Carve is just what the name implies; it's hand-prepared and hickory smoked just like the rest of our hams, but the bone has been removed.  That means you get the old-fashioned, smoky Petit Jean flavor combined with smooth and easy slicing, a perfect combination.
